Cheese Cake Bread (ver. 2)




This is a revised post. This bread is so good and tasty that I must once again share it with you. I like the fine texture of the bread, its cheesy taste and the sweetness and sourness of the blueberry jam. They are a perfect match.

  1. Veronica, this is a very yummy looking bread! Since it had cream cheese topping, how long does it keep? Or do we have to consume it on the same day? This question may not be necessary because I doubt there will be leftovers hah..hah...
